Karomiddin Gadoev Appointed Uzbekistan Ambassador to Brunei

He will focus on Uzbek-Bruneian cooperation in the trade and economic sphere

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah received the credentials of Karomiddin Gadoev, representing Uzbekistan in Brunei from Kuala Lumpur.

During the visit, the diplomat separately met with Brunei's foreign policy chief Prince Abdul Mateen and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs Erywan Yusof. Representatives of Brunei also highly praised the reforms being carried out by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in Uzbekistan.

Since November 2023, Gadoev has held the position of Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Malaysia.
