US Unveils $20,000 Voxel Robot for Finding Items and Household Cleaning
New York-based company Tuesday Labs has opened pre-orders for the Voxel Series-1 home robot.

It will be able to locate lost items, tidy up, water plants, and perform other everyday tasks. The device will cost approximately $20,000, with the first deliveries scheduled for 2028. A $200 deposit is required for pre-ordering.
Voxel is equipped with two movable manipulators with seven degrees of freedom and grippers for handling objects. Its vision system includes stereo cameras and an additional wide-angle camera to monitor the surroundings indoors.
The robot moves on two Z-shaped legs with knees that bend backward. This design helps it maintain balance and adjust its height to interact with objects on tables, shelves, and in kitchen cabinets.
According to the developers, Voxel will be able to memorize the location of items and remind the owner where it last saw, for example, keys or a TV remote. Additionally, the robot is designed to return items to their places and perform simple household tasks.
However, Tuesday Labs has not yet disclosed details on how independently and effectively the device will handle the stated tasks. Initially, Voxel will not be able to cook food or perform more complex work, such as caring for infants.
