Official LEGO Set to Be Created for Daft Punk
The construction set will be dedicated to the musicians, known for their futuristic helmets and hits in electronic music.
LEGO Ideas has approved the development of a fan-designed set featuring the pyramid stage from the Alive 2007 tour. The project is based on a model created by a father and son from Luxembourg.
In the presented video, Daft Punk minifigures follow a red holographic LEGO cube, which leads them to a console assembled from bricks. The soundtrack features the tracks "Voyager" and "Human After All."
The idea won the LEGO Music to Our Ears contest in 2020 and later gathered 10,000 supporters on the LEGO Ideas platform. The project's author, Patrick Harboun, will continue working on the official version; the fan model shown is not the final product.
