Vietnamese ROX Group intends to implement four large-scale construction projects in Uzbekistan worth $4.5 billion. Their total area will amount to 285 hectares, and the residential complexes will accommodate 115,000 people.

Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has approved the project concepts and instructed to work out the mechanisms for their implementation.
Two projects will be launched in Bukhara, where construction of residential neighborhoods for 30,000 residents has already begun. In addition to high-rise buildings, the projects will include hotels, business centers, and commercial facilities.
In Tashkent, the company plans to develop the Uchtepa district, while in Samarkand, it will focus on the area surrounding an existing tourist complex. The investor has also proposed creating an industrial zone in the Jizzakh region.
