Another 10 people are listed as missing: eight in Ensenada and two in the fishing village of San Felipe. According to the newspaper La Jornada, two people may have died in the state, with 11 missing.
In the state of Sinaloa, in the city of Mazatlán, cliff diver Juan Patiñes died. He jumped into the sea on Saturday, but strong waves prevented him from returning to shore.
