Tashkent to host FINA Swimming World Cup stage featuring global stars
From 8 to 10 October, the capital will host a FINA Swimming World Cup stage for the first time, with 230 athletes from 40 countries participating, including world and Olympic champions.

The competitions will feature renowned swimmers, including Australia's Cameron McEvoy, Hong Kong's Siobhán Haughey, China's Yu Yiting, and Russians Evgeniia Chikunova and Yulia Efimova. Among the registered participants are Olympic champions and medalists, world championship winners, and current world record holders.
According to the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the country will be represented by 51 athletes in the competitions. The team includes Eldor Usmanov, Ilya Sibirtsev, Khurshidjon Tursunov, and Anastasia Zelinskaya, among others.
The events will take place at the Palace of Water Sports in the Olympic Village.
