The deal may be structured through the investment debt market, where the company already issued bonds worth $25 billion in June of this year.
The GPU chips themselves are being considered as collateral, with their value supported by the shortage of computing power. However, investors have begun demanding higher yields, and SpaceX's existing debt is trading at levels close to 'junk' bonds.
According to Elon Musk, by the end of December, SpaceX plans to increase the number of Nvidia chips in its Colossus data centers to 1.21 million units. Currently, the first Colossus center uses 230,000 chips, while the second uses 550,000.
