Uzbekistan and U.S. College Discuss Joint Educational Model
Green River College is prepared to admit Uzbek students under the '1+1+2' program, enabling them to earn a bachelor's degree in four years after completing 9th grade.

The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Seattle held talks with the leadership of Green River College in Auburn, Washington. The meeting was attended by the college's acting president, George Fraser, and vice president Wendy Stewart.
The parties discussed the '1+1+2' educational model: the first year of study will take place in Uzbekistan, the second in the U.S., and the third and fourth at one of the American universities. The program is designed for graduates of 9th grade and includes fields such as IT, cybersecurity, accounting, and aviation.
