The Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis adopted in the second reading a bill aimed at protecting minors from any manifestations of cruelty. For the country's residents, this means revising measures for the safety of minors and tightening state control over the conditions of their life and upbringing.

According to data from the lower house of parliament, the large-scale legal reform will affect five existing codes. Along with them, deputies will revise the norms of seven specialized laws of the republic to eliminate gaps in legislation.

The amendments are intended to enhance the legal protection of minor citizens and provide firm guarantees for the observance of their personal rights. Simultaneously, the innovations increase the personal responsibility of representatives of authorized state bodies and specialized organizations, which are obliged to respond promptly to threats.
