The document sets target indicators for 2026–2030, including increasing the annual capacity of logistics centers to 40 million tonnes and the export of transport services to 3.5 billion US dollars.
Logistics centers that meet the requirements of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), have a rating of at least 'BB' on the 'E-logistika' platform, and possess digital management systems for terminals and warehouses will be exempt from land tax and property tax until 2040. Until 1 August 2029, they will also be exempt from customs duties on the import of equipment not produced in the country, such as warehouse machinery, loading units, and spare parts.
By 2030, the number of international dry ports in the country will increase to 30, while the throughput capacity of border checkpoints and container handling capacities will double. Specialization in logistics is planned for Khanabad (Andijan Region), Alat District (Bukhara Region), Termez District (Surkhandarya Region), as well as Yangiyul and Akhangaran Districts in Tashkent Region.
