The company operates on a "manufacturing as a service" model: customers will be able to produce goods without building their own factories. Robotic cells are managed by the FoundryOS system, which, according to the developers, will allow for quick reconfiguration of equipment to assemble various products—from drones to satellite components.
Foundry already works with defense and commercial companies. The startup expects to reduce the production preparation time for new products from several months to several weeks.
