The actor has launched an AI avatar that will post daily real estate lessons on Instagram, TikTok, and X, reports Variety.
Ryan Serhant, known for the Netflix series *Owning Manhattan*, is collaborating with the company HeyGen. They have created a digital doppelgänger for him—an AI avatar that replicates his appearance and voice.
At least one video per day will be released on the new account for a year. Serhant and his team will prepare the content to ensure the avatar accurately conveys his ideas. The real estate agent will continue filming his own videos, but AI will help him share his expertise more frequently without additional filming.
Serhant manages a real estate empire across 19 regions in the U.S. and a content studio with a hundred employees.
