Government Services in Astana: Duty Public Service Centers Change Addresses from October 1
Residents of Kazakhstan's capital will be able to process documents late into the evening and on Saturdays at two updated service points.

In Astana, the list of public service centers operating on an extended schedule was updated from October 1. The capital branch of the state corporation 'Government for Citizens' informed about the change of duty offices. Such adjustments determine where residents can apply for government services outside regular working hours.
The status of duty offices was assigned to Branch No. 1 in the Yesil district at Mangilik El Avenue, 30, as well as the office in the Nura district at Kerey and Zhanibek Khans Street, 4. These offices are open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 without a lunch break. On Saturdays, staff receive citizens from 09:00 to 13:00.
The previous evening service points have now returned to a standard five-day schedule. Branch No. 1 of the Saryarka district at Yermek Serkebayev Street, 13, and the office of the Baikonur district at Imanov Street, 20, will henceforth serve clients only on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, with Saturday and Sunday declared as days off.
The locations of duty specialized service centers, where driver's documents and vehicle-related services are processed, remain unchanged. On weekdays, applications are accepted from 09:00 to 18:00, while ready documents can be collected until 20:00. On Saturdays, documents can be submitted from 09:00 to 12:00, and issuance continues until 13:00.
The adjustment of working hours for specialized institutions also affected Almaty. In Kazakhstan's southern metropolis, the schedule of two duty specialized Public Service Centers was changed starting in October.
