Companies issued bonds worth $60 million with yields up to 11.5% per annum, available for purchase on the exchange starting 6 October.

Currency bonds of two companies—microfinance organisation Agat Credit and UB Assets Holding (part of the Uzum ecosystem)—have been listed on the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent". The total volume of the issues amounted to $60 million.
Agat Credit's bonds with a face value of $100 offer a yield of 11.5% per annum with monthly payments. The circulation period is two years. UB Assets Holding issued bonds with a face value of $50,000 at a coupon rate of 8.5% and quarterly payments. These securities will circulate for nearly three years (1,080 days).
Both issues were registered under the "regulatory sandbox"—a special regime for experiments in the financial market. The companies became among the first in Uzbekistan to list bonds in foreign currency. Trading began on 6 October.
